Check –in 4.30pm (this is later than our usual 3pm due to the current CV19 pandemic and longer required to clean and disinfect the property between guests, this is in force from the 3rd July 2020 until further notice) on the day of arrival. Check –out 9.30am (normally 10am, however this is earlier due to the above reasons until further notice, active from 3rd July 2020) on the day of departure. We will be as flexible as possible if arrangements are made prior to your stay.
DEPOSIT – A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on all bookings.
FULL PAYMENT required 14 days prior to arrival. A full refundable damages deposit of £300 is also payable at this point.
Pricing notes
- The rental includes all bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. Free Wi-fi.
- Heating oil and Electricity is included in the rental.
- High chair and travel cot is included in the rental however we do not supply the linen.
- Logs for the open fires and log burners is provided on an unlimited basis.
- Dogs- maximum 2 dogs. £30 per dog and increased damages deposit of £500
