MASTER BEDROOM
A large spacious bedroom that offers a super king double bed or twin beds. There is an additonal pull out bed suitable for a child. All bed linen is the highest quality cotton. Each guest is provided with a bath sheet and hand towel Luxurious toiletries are provided.
SECOND BEDROOM
This is a bunk bedroom, full size 3′ beds suitable for adults or children.
KITCHEN – fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen island is ideal for casual family meals.
BATHROOM – Large family bathroom with shower and bath.
LIVING / DINING ROOM – The open fire within this room is perfect for relaxing on winter afternoons. Plenty of space for the family to enjoy a movie on the television, a board games or perhaps a good novel is your preferred choice! The dining table seats up to six at the back of the room which enjoys views of the rolling hills.
OUTDOORS – Large garden, patio and seating area that enjoys sun from mid morning until dusk. Wood fired hot tub arriving mid July 2020. Off road car parking for 2 cars. There is an abundance or beautiful walks from the property on our family farm. The breathtaking Gatehousecote lake an easy 15 minute stoll away where you can enjoy boating, wild swimming or maybe you prefer a relaxing sundowner!
INFANTS – Travel cot and high chair onsite. More equipment / toys available on request.
WIFI – fibre optic wifi, hub withing the living / dining room but signal reaches the entire property. 3G/4G coverage at the house on most mobile networks.
DOGS – up to 2 dogs welcome at a charge of £30 per dog (dog towels provided for those muddy paws!). We ask that dogs stay in the kitchen and living room areas and not on the furniture. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house and please pick up all poops from the lawns!

We would be delighted to provide a ‘Breakfast Bundle’ at the house prior to your arrival to save you the hassle of shopping. The contents (where possible) will be sourced locally.

LOCAL AREA – Bonchester bridge is located 2 miles away has a lovely village pub offering delicious homemade food. Local towns of Jedburgh and Hawick are 15mins away. Both have supermarkets, butchers etc… Lots of activities of families locally – just ask for recommendations on booking.
